- Added a visible inline image in the body and set the same image as featured media.
- Included internal links to the home page, support, services, and blog pages.
- Added three credible external reference links for calendar sharing, file sharing, and RACI role clarity.
- Confirmed the Blog page is already configured as the posts index and the new article appears there.

Remaining risk:
- No material blockers. The post uses an existing site media asset, which is already in the Media Library, so there was no need to import a new image.
